Hi, I’m Erin Corwin, the founder and driving force behind TCG. With over 20 years of experience in Seattle’s real estate market and more than 50,000 hours dedicated to various facets of the industry, I’m passionate about helping agents and teams thrive.

My journey began as a teenager delivering door hangers for a local broker, sparking an enduring passion for real estate. I quickly worked my way up from an entry-level position at a property management firm to roles like Condominium Division Accounting Assistant, Marketing and Listing Coordinator, and ultimately, Director of Operations for one of Seattle's top-producing real estate teams where I learned from some of the industry's best! 

Throughout my career, I’ve managed thousands of transactions, trained and mentored, navigated major challenges like the 2008 housing crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic which equipped me with a solution-oriented approach that adapts to evolving market conditions. I’ve also facilitated critical change management during company mergers and launched new home developments. My extensive experience in operations, business coordination, and strategic management, combined with a deep understanding of Seattle’s unique market dynamics, allows me to provide personalized, high-impact support that drives success for agents, teams, and firms.

Our love for travel and new experiences fuels my passion for discovering diverse cultures, inspiring fresh perspectives that I bring to my work.
